ALL appointments must be made through my booking link and a card must be saved. Appointments require a $25, non-refundable, deposit that will be collected through my booking app. Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any changes within the 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service. No Call No Shows will be charged 50% of the service and not be allowed to book any future appointments. Arriving 15 mins or later will result in rescheduling your appointment and a 50% charge of the service. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SERVICE ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Please come with washed lashes and NO makeup on your eyes. DO NOT have caffeine prior to your appointment, it will cause your eye lids to twitch. DO NOT wear contacts during appointment. Please bring glasses, I do have contact cases and solution if needed. If you have lash mites due to buildup from lack of after care, I will cancel the appointment and there would be a 50% charge of the service. Anything after 4 weeks is considered a FULL SET service. Please book fills accordingly.
